Rules to Benefit Your InsultA Site Experience

By becoming a Member, users hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions, heretofore known as and referred to as "da rulz." And now, the serious stuff:

Insulting/Comments Posts

As stated, the aim is to provide a service where members may publicly state their frustrations with, or ideas about, certain characters in the public political domain; it's a right of free speech. Everyone should be allowed to express his/her own OPINIONS freely and without fear of restriction, nasty responses, or arbitrary censorship. However, insults/comments posted that contain any of the following WILL: NOT be tolerated, be considered a Member violation, and be removed from the website:

Threats of harm and/or injury either to a person's body, family, and/or possessions.
Accusations of any specific criminality, including conspiracy, libel, and fraud.
Race related, homophobic, and/or vulgar remarks.
Incitement of hatred and/or violence.
Unsubstantiated rumors.

Insults posted by Members will be scanned for abuse of the above "rules", and Members are encouraged to report any abuses they detect. The first Member violation will receive a warning, and further Member violations will be a cause for expulsion without refund.

Important: This site is intended to lighten or even eliminate the personal insults that plague free access social media, and to divert people from in-person or written insults to others for their liberal or conservative political views. All trolls and digital bullies are banned.

If "the rules" are obeyed, the "InsultA" site will enable like minds to vent against politicians and political pundits, without fear of recrimination. At the same time, the statistical reporting of aggregate, anonymous Member insults/comments can provide a regular barometer of public attitudes toward prominent liberals and conservatives.
